I am with the outstanding ground school and flight instruction
Fast Forward Aviation has provided. It is a pleasure
to work with individuals, such as yourself, and a company
who understands the meaning of quality.
I must compliment you on your
unique ground school approach. The concept of offering
your students the ability to take your classes as many
times as they would like at no additional charge is
a huge benefit. This alone sets your company apart from
all the hundreds of flight schools out there. This is
such a valuable part of your ground school package.
Additionally, the personal one
on one flight training, I continue to receive, is exceptional.
In closing, I want to thank Fast
Forward Aviation on a commendable job at a very reasonable

By the way, on my first attempt,
I was able to take and pass the private pilot written
test last Friday. Your ground school helped to provide
me the training and knowledge to take the private written
exam and pass with a 92%. I am now looking forward to
the private checkride.

Who says you can't teach old
dogs new tricks? Just look what you did with me. I just
want to thank you again for sticking with me and teaching
me how to fly. Your level of expertise in aviation is
beyond reproach. And your ability to teach it to others
is quite an accomplishment. It's not easy to risk your
life everyday especially with the low pay a C.F.I. makes.
Obtaining my Private Pilot's certificate
has been a dream of mine since I was sixteen. Now thirty
six years later I have it. And I feel I've only begun.
I will be signing up with you for Instrument courses
in a couple of months.
Words can't describe the gratitude
I feel. You might have had to be a little rough on me
sometimes to get the point across and all I can say
is it sure made the Check Ride easy.

It is my
pleasure to be writing this letter to recommend Fast
Forward Aviation to anyone interested in learning to
fly. I always had the desire to learn so one day I drove
to Riverside Airport, found a place to learn and went
in. I made an appointment for a discovery flight and
when I showed up David Koehn was there to take me up.
I was very
fortunate to have met David. Not only does he teach
people to fly, he also teaches the required ground school.
The ground school takes one weekend and David, along
with Ron Burger, offer return privileges. And I did
just that. After attending the ground school, for the
second time, I took the FAA Private Pilot's exam and
passed with "flying" colors.
After passing
the exam I pressed on, flying as my schedule allowed,
learning to be a pilot with David as my instructor.
First was the solo. This was a terrifying thought but
became the experience of a lifetime. Second were the
cross-country flights, which made it all come together
"going places". And third the night flights
to finish up the FAA requirements.
Before I
took my "check ride" Ron Berger flew with
me. He was very encouraging and confirmed my skills
were very good and that I should not hesitate to make
an appointment for a check ride. I took that check ride
and became a pilot on Oct. 29, 2003.
When discouragement
set in, as it sometimes does in student pilots, David
and Ron were there with encouragement and a willingness
to assist. They made being a student pilot fun and I
looked forward to every flight.
I will always
remember my student pilot days with fondness. They were
exciting and enjoyable. Thank you David and Ron at Fast
Forward Aviation for I now have a new adventure as a
pilot and can fly whenever I want.

you to fly and you will enjoy every minute of it.
